1. Immediate Performance of Digital Services

By completing your purchase and providing explicit consent at checkout, you expressly:

• Request immediate activation and performance of the digital service; and

• Acknowledge that once the service begins, you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Service delivery begins immediately upon subscription activation.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within an active subscription cycle.

Refunds may be granted solely in cases of:

• Duplicate billing

• Confirmed technical failure preventing access

• Billing error
